1. Scope of Services

AlpenTransfer offers premium private taxi transfer services in Austria and neighbouring countries. By submitting a booking inquiry, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are treated as requests until confirmed in writing by AlpenTransfer. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding contract.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are fixed and shown in EUR. Payment is due in cash to the driver or by prior arrangement. Prices include all applicable taxes and tolls unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total fare.

5. Liability

AlpenTransfer is fully licensed and insured. We accept no liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, force majeure, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, Austria.
